Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Anahiv, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, pet hair, or damage, and must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Size Exchange
If your item does not fit as expected, we offer one complimentary size exchange per order.
To request a size exchange, please contact us within 90 days of delivery.
To ensure that the most suitable replacement size is provided, Anahiv reserves the right to request body measurements, fit photographs, or additional sizing information before approving a size exchange request.
If the measurements provided by the customer correspond to a size different from the size originally ordered, Anahiv may recommend an alternative size. We will arrange for pick up of original item sent to you, after pick up, the replacement size will be sent to you.
If the measurements provided by the customer correspond to the size originally ordered, Anahiv may decline the exchange request or process the request under the Change of Mind Returns policy at its sole discretion.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review the size chart, garment measurements, fit information, measurement guide, and sizing assistance before placing an order.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our workshop in India.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and passes quality inspection.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, pet hair, or damage, and must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
If a returned item is received in a worn, used, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise unsellable condition, or if tags have been removed, cut, or tampered with, no refund will be issued.
If the customer wishes to have the item returned to them, all shipping and handling costs associated with sending the item back will be borne by the customer.
If the customer declines to pay these charges, Anahiv reserves the right to dispose of the item after a reasonable holding period.
In some cases original shipping charges, duties, taxes, payment processing fees, and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide:

An uncut and continuous opening video showing the sealed package from all sides before opening.

The complete unboxing process recorded in a single uninterrupted video.

Clear photographs showing the issue.
Claims submitted without an uncut opening video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
Upon verification, Anahiv will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
If a customer chooses not to accept the replacement and instead requests a refund or return, the request will be processed under the Change of Mind Returns policy.
Multiple Size Orders
Orders containing multiple sizes of the same style purchased for fitting, comparison, or trial purposes may be excluded from our standard returns and exchange policy.
Any approved refund for such orders may be subject to deductions for shipping charges, duties, taxes, payment processing fees, and other non-recoverable costs incurred by Anahiv.
Customers are encouraged to use our size chart, measurement guide, and sizing assistance before purchasing.
Other Return Requests
Any return request not covered under the categories above will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, customers will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to India.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and passes quality inspection.
Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Shipments
Orders refused at delivery, abandoned, returned due to customer inaction, failure to provide required information, failure to cooperate with the carrier, failure to pay charges requested by the carrier, or failure to accept delivery are not eligible for any refund.
Any costs incurred by Anahiv, including shipping charges, duties, taxes, return shipping charges, carrier fees, storage fees, disposal fees, and other non-recoverable costs, remain the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Custom-made or personalized items.

Made-to-measure items.

Items altered at the customer's request.

Gift cards.

Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered items.

Items returned without prior authorization from Anahiv.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.
Anahiv reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, refunds, replacements, or other claims that do not comply with this policy.
